A unique property in the heart of the Audomarois Marsh, on a one-hectare private island in a UNESCO World Heritage area. An exceptional natural setting with woodland and waterways all around the island.
Accessible by chain ferry from the private car park or by boat, the property immerses you in a preserved natural world. Enjoy the included activities: trampoline, football goal, boats, fishing, and rich wildlife observation.
A family property passed down through generations, combining authenticity and modern comfort for up to 14 guests.

⚠️ Important: Les Nénuphars est une île privée. Il n'y a pas d'accès voiture directement sur l'île. Suivez ces instructions à la lettre pour nous trouver facilement.
Enter the following address in your GPS:

Once you have entered Sentier des Communes, drive straight ahead for 2 kilometres.
🚗 Maximum speed: 20 km/h — Narrow road, please drive carefully.
You will arrive at the Les Nénuphars car park:
⚠️ Enter this second GPS point only after you are already on Sentier des Communes — otherwise you may arrive from the wrong side.
From the car park, you will see Les Nénuphars on the other side of the canal. The chain ferry is moored on the bank directly in front of you.
Leave your luggage on the bank and make several crossings if necessary — the trip only takes a few seconds.
Pour rejoindre la maison depuis le parking, empruntez la chain ferry. Cette vue from the island vous montre le parking en face.
👉 Important rules:
🔢 Maximum capacity: 7 adultes et 2 enfants par passage.
⛓ To pull the chain: positionnez-vous du côté opposite à la direction que vous prenez. Cela permet à la chaîne de repartir correctement dans l'eau.

A glass recycling drop-off point is located at the entrance to Sentier des Communes, on the car park.
